You totally just made me laugh, just because I know where you're at. I'm so often there. I set my expectations high, get my hopes up, only to be let down. And I do it all of the time. Argh. Never fun. And the holidays? Talk about stress. Geez. Should I even admit that I'm trying to figure a way out of my huge family gathering? Sounds horrible, I know. It all just screams anxiety
